PDC Extends Our Business Partnership with Data Publishing

PDC is very pleased to announce a new long-term contract with Data Publishing.

Data Publishing is headquartered in Hilton Head Island, SC, Data Publishing Inc. and was established in 1986 by the Hargray Communications Group, the island's local telephone company.

Data Publishing now publishes 14 high quality / excellent value directories throughout the southeast, consisting of rural and independent telephone company and retirement community books.

New Business Opportunities Abound for PDC Valley Yellow Pages Announcement

Effective October 1, 2006, Product Development Corporation (PDC) assumed Initial and Secondary distribution responsibilities for Valley Yellow Pages’ directories. PDC will deliver close to eight million directories per year in California under this contract. We are operating a full service Secondary facility in Stockton, California. Frank Strauss, a very experienced manager in the Directory Business has rejoined PDC and is managing this operation. This contract, which runs through September 30, 2013, is one of the longest contracts entered into by PDC in its sixty-seven year history.

Canwest Awarded Alberta YPG Work

Hass Tebelmann, Vice President Development & Customer Service, announced: “I am extremely pleased to report that Canwest has been awarded Yellow Pages Group’s (Canada’s dominant Yellow Pages Publisher) Initial and Secondary distribution business for Alberta. Management Training Development Program

Beginning January 2007, PDC will inaugurate its Management Development Training Program for 20 members of PDC’s middle management team. The goal of this program is to expose these individuals to the various operations within the company. Each individual will be assigned to work with a specific Business Unit and become familiar with the processes and procedures associated with running the operation. Initial, Secondary, Procall, and the corporate office teams will be providing an extensive training curriculum and designated personnel to this ongoing program. Broadening the knowledge base of each participant will ensure that PDC continues to strategically build its bench strength in all of our operations, and we believe that this opportunity will enhance the management capabilities of each individual selected.

The first five associates to participate in this program the first quarter of 2007 are as follows:
